- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- cooked grits - 3 c
How to make cheese grits:
Into hot grits, cut cheese and butter. Add red pepper. Beat eggs, adding milk and baking powder. Stir into hot cheese mixture and pour into buttered 8 x 11-inch baking dish. Bake 45 to 60 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
