Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • crescent rolls - 8 (1
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • pork sausage - 1 lb
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded - 1/4 c
  • to 7 eggs - 6 item
  • spicy French fries frozen, chopped - 1 c
  • cheese, shredded*

How to make breakfast pizza:

*Cheddar/Swiss/Monterey Jack (use alone or in combination).

Brown sausage. Drain off fat. Press crescent roll triangles (points toward center) into a 15-inch pizza pan (deep dish works best). Spoon sausage over this crust, then spread with potatoes and cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over pizza. Sprinkle top with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
