Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- milk or buttermilk if you prefer - 3/4 c
How to make biscuits:
Cut shortening into flour. (It's better if the shortening is worked into flour with one's fingers.) Add milk, working into a soft dough. Biscuits may be rolled or "pinched off" as I do.
