Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- self-rising flour - 5 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- warm water - 1/4 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
How to make angel flake biscuits:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. These may be rolled out and baked without rising. You may also freeze after cutting out biscuits.
