Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 1 item
- hamburger or 1 lb - 1 lb
- flour/milk - 1 item
- crushed red chili optional - 1 item
How to make biscuits and gravy:
Cook hamburger or sausage until done; save 1/3 to 1/2 of the grease. The grease is the secret to good gravy sauce. Mix flour and milk mixture and make a roux. Add to meat and grease. Cook until the thickness is what you want and has turned lightly brown. Season to taste. You can add to the flavor with chicken bouillon cubes.
