Ingredients/Components
- salt
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- creamed cottage cheese - 3 c
- Parmesan and Romano cheese - 1/2 c
- egg noodles - 8 oz
- whole basil - 1 Tbsp
- + 1/2 tsp - 1/2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin - 1 lb
How to make lasagna:
Brown beef; spoon off fat. Add next 7 ingredients. Simmer approximately 30 minutes. Cook noodles; rinse and combine remaining ingredients in bowl except Mozzarella cheese. Layer noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, then meat sauce. Repeat. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
