Beefy spaghetti soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- beef stock - 4 c
- frozen cut green beans - 1 c
- mushroom, sliced - 1 item
- ground beef, crumbled - 1/2 lb
- broken spaghetti, uncooked
How to make beefy spaghetti soup:
In large casserole combine ground beef, onion, garlic and oil. Microwave at High until meat is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave at High until spaghetti is done (around 20 to 25 minutes). Stir occasionally. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Beef, Spaghetti.
