Tomato soup
Ingredients/Components
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- bouillon cube - 1 item
- oil or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- medium size tomatoes or more - 4 item
How to make tomato soup:
Slice tomatoes and boil in a little water. Press through a sieve when soft. Melt oil or margarine. Add sliced onion and cook until clear, then add 2 tablespoons flour and stir. Add tomato juice slowly and keep on stirring until all lumps are gone, then add bouillon cube and tomato paste. Add salt if necessary.Recipe categories: Fruit, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
