Italian meatball soup
Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 1 item
- large egg - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese
- minced fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, quartered - 1 item
- additional grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- large carrot, cut in chunks - 1 item
- large rib celery, cut in chunks - 1 item
- fine ground veal - 1 lb
- small pasta squares - 1/2 lb
How to make italian meatball soup:
In large soup kettle or pot, combine chicken, onion, carrot and celery. Cover with cold water and bring to boil.
