Beefy bean soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can green lima beans - 1 oz
- coarsely chopped cabbage - 3 c
- can condensed bean with bacon soup - 1 item
- can corned beef, chilled - 1 oz
How to make beefy bean soup:
In a 3-quart saucepan, combine cabbage, water and onion; bring to boiling. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add undrained lima beans and undiluted soup. Cut corned beef into small cubes. Carefully stir into soup. Heat through. Ladle into individual soup bowls.
