  • water - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can green lima beans - 1 oz
  • coarsely chopped cabbage - 3 c
  • can condensed bean with bacon soup - 1 item
  • can corned beef, chilled - 1 oz

How to make beefy bean soup:

In a 3-quart saucepan, combine cabbage, water and onion; bring to boiling. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add undrained lima beans and undiluted soup. Cut corned beef into small cubes. Carefully stir into soup. Heat through. Ladle into individual soup bowls. Makes 6 to 7 servings.
