- stew beef or shank of beef - 2 lb
- 2 can tomatoes
- can lima beans - 1 item
- can carrots - 1 item
- can corn - 1 item
- can okra - 1 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can beef broth - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make beef and vegetable soup:
