Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 2 c
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- beef spareribs - 3 lb
How to make barbecued ribs:
Broil ribs until brown. Cut ribs into serving size pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker and top with other ingredients. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.Recipe categories: Fruit, Meat, Pork.
