Ingredients/Components
- boneless beef ribs or country style pork ribs
- curry powder - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- catsup - 3/4 c
- chili powder - 1 item
How to make barbecued ribs:
Rub ribs with curry powder until yellow. Then rub with chili powder until red. Place in crock-pot. Add onion and then catsup. Cook on medium until tender, about 5 hours. Skim fat. If sauce is too thin, remove cover and cook on high to reduce. Sauce is good on mashed potatoes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Meat, Pork.
