  • sugar - 4 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • plums - 1/2 gal

How to make plum sauce:

Have enough boiling water to cover plums. Add plums to the boiling water. Return to boil and boil 5 minutes. Drain and add plums to all other ingredients. Cook to desired consistency. Place in sterilized jars and seal. Sauce is good served with pork, chicken and turkey.
