- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- rhubarb - 4 c
- red jello - 1 pkg
- Add egg mixed with milk
How to make rhubarb dessert:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; add butter and mix like pie crust. Add egg mixed with milk. Pat into pan, 11 x 8 1/2-inches. Put rhubarb over sugar and jello, then add Streusel over top.Streusel:1 c. sugar1 c. flour1/4 c. melted butter Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
