Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- pecan or walnut halves - 2 c
How to make spiced nuts:
Scoop out seeds from pumpkin; wash and clean. Remove string as best as you can. Let soak in salted water overnight (1 1/2 teaspoons salt per 2/3 cup water). Drain well. Then place seeds on shallow baking pan and place in oven at 300° for approximaRecipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Nuts.
