Pecan rolls



Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 1
- pkg - 1 lb
- water - 3 Tbsp
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
How to make pecan rolls:
Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well with hands. Shape mixture into 5 (4 x 1-inch) rolls. Mixture will be very dry. Chill 2 or 3 hours. Combine caramels and water in top of a double boiler. Cook until melted. Dip rolls in melted caramels and roll each one in pecans. Chill 1 hour. Cut into slices to serve. Yield: 5 rolls.Recipe categories: Fruit, Breakfast, Nuts.
