Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- green pepper if desired - 1/2 item
- onion or minced - 1/2 item
- can biscuits 12 - 1 item
How to make barbecue cups:
In large skillet, brown beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce and onion. Separate biscuits and roll flat with rolling pin. Place each biscuit in muffin pan cup. Spoon meat into biscuits; sprinkle each with cheese. Bake at 375° for about 12 to 15 minuteRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
