Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- can Pillsbury tenderflake baking powder biscuits - 1 oz
How to make barbecue cups:
You will need 2 muffin tins for this recipe.In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Separate biscuits; place one in each muffin cup, pressing dough to edge. Spoon meat mixture into each biscuit cup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Precaution: Place foil on floor of oven to prevent spills of grease.
