Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- can biscuits - 1 oz
How to make barbecue cups:
Saute ground beef until browned; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Place each biscuit in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon mixture into cups and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
