Ingredients/Components
- can refrigerator biscuits - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- grated cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
How to make barbecue cups:
Brown meat, drain. Add BBQ sauce and set aside. Place biscuits in ungreased muffin pan. Press dough up sides of edge of cups. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degree for 12 minutes.Serves 4 to 5 people.
