Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1/8 c
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 3/4
- shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese - 1 c
- can refrigerator biscuits in tube - 1 item
How to make barbecue cups:
Spray Pam or oil into muffin tins. Spread biscuits in muffin tins. Brown hamburger; drain. Add onion and sauce; mix well. Put meat mixture in biscuit cups. Then put cheese on top. Bake until biscuit is brown and cheese melted at 375° to 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
