  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • apricot nectar - 1 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • Beat for 3 minutes

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Mix cake ingredients together. Beat for 3 minutes. Bake in tube pan for 55 minutes at 350°.Icing:1 c. sugar1/4 c. lemon juice Mix together sugar and lemon juice in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour slowly over cake while cake and icing are both still hot.
