Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- slices bread, crumbled - 6 item
- large fresh shrimp - 12 item
- onion extract - 1/4 tsp
- Stuffing:1 can shrimp use liquid in can
How to make baked stuffed shrimp:
Stuffing:1 can shrimp (use liquid in can)6 slices bread, crumbled1 egg1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. onion extract2 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 c. milk Peel and devein shrimp. Split lengthwise along the deveined edge, but not deep enough to separate.Mix stuffing ingredients. Stuff shrimp and top each with 1/2 teaspoon melted butter. Bake at 425° for 12 minutes on lowest rack. Do not overcook. Serve with melted butter.
