- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 3/4
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- tube refrigerated biscuits - 1 (10
How to make pizza cups:
Preheat oven to 400°. Brown and drain meat. Stir in paste, onion and seasonings. Mixture will be very thick. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin and press over bottom and up sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
