  • Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 c
  • garlic powder optional - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • large shrimp, shelled and deveined - 1 lb
  • butter I use margarine - 1/4 lb

How to make baked stuffed shrimp:

Melt butter; add cracker crumbs. Place shrimp in buttered baking dish; cover shrimp well with buttered crumbs. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 400° oven.
