Salmon puff
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- mustard - 2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salmon 16 oz
How to make salmon puff:
In saucepan, mix bread crumbs, mustard and milk. Cook, stirring until thickened. Flake salmon with fork and stir in. Beat in egg yolks. In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly fold in salmon mixture. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Place casserole dish into pan of water and bake at 425° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Casseroles.
