Baked stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/4 lb
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 2 pt
- Ricotta cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- large shells - 1 pkg
How to make baked stuffed shells:
Cook shells in 4 quarts of boiling water and 1/2 cup oil. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes; drain and cool. Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley and salt. Stuff each shell with mixture and close (use a teaspoon to fill). Pour 1 pint of sauce into a large shallowRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta shells.
