- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- jumbo stuffing shells - 1 pkg
- Ricotta cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- frozen spinach, cooked - 1 pkg
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make stuffed shells florentine:
Add 1 tablespoon of salt to 4 quarts of boiling water; gradually add shells. Boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Drain out portion of water, allowing shells to remain in warm water in large bowl.
