Baked squash
Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
- round buttery cracker crumbs - 2 c
- yellow squash, cut in 1/2-inch slices - 2 lb
How to make baked squash:
Cook squash in small amount of boiling water until tender. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients, except 1 cup cracker crumbs. Stir gently. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
