Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- can salmon - 1 lb
- olive juice - 1 Tbsp
- olives, sliced - 12 item
- Place in open baking pan lined with heavily greased aluminum foil
How to make baked salmon loaf:
Mix all ingredients; press into loaf shape. Place in open baking pan lined with heavily greased aluminum foil. Bake 40 minutes at 370°.Mushroom-Olive Sauce:1 can mushroom soup1/4 c. water1 Tbsp. olive juice12 olives, sliced Heat soup, water, olive juice and olives. Serve sauce with loaf.
