Baked salmon
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- white wine - 1/2 1/4
- dill weed - 1/4 1/2
- juice of 1 lime
- finely chopped green onions - 1 Tbsp
- plain yogurt or sour cream - 1/3 c
- large handful of cilantro large stems removed - 1 item
- salmon fillets 6 to 8 per serving
How to make baked salmon:
Optional Dill Sauce:1/3 c. mayonnaise1/3 c. plain yogurt or sour cream1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions2 Tbsp. parsley1 tsp. lemon juice1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dill weed salt and pepper to taste Place salmon in shallow baking dish. Add white wine (about 1/4-inch deep). Sprinkle fish with seasoned salt and dot top with butter. Place, uncovered, in preheated 350° oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes.For Dill Sauce, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Can also be served with fresh lemon quarters. Enjoy!
