  • honey - 3 Tbsp
  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salmon fillet - 1 lb
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

How to make baked salmon:

Whisk honey, olive oil and lime juice together in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over top of fish and marinate for about 35 minutes. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.

Fish can also be wrapped in aluminum foil, or placed in a grill basket and cooked outdoors. It is especially nice served on a platter surrounded by grilled vegetables such as summer squash, zucchini, small potatoes and red pepper slices.
