Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp
  • fresh pork tenderloin - 1 lb

How to make baked pork tenderloin:

Mix and marinate meat for at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 300° for about 1 3/4 hours. Turn meat or baste every 1/2 hour. Add water as needed.

NOTE: This recipe may also be used with pork steak.
