Baked pork tenderloin
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- fresh pork tenderloin - 1 lb
How to make baked pork tenderloin:
Mix and marinate meat for at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 300° for about 1 3/4 hours. Turn meat or baste every 1/2 hour. Add water as needed.NOTE: This recipe may also be used with pork steak.
