  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 1/3 c
  • cornmeal - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chili powder
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • broiler chicken - 1 (3

How to make crispy baked chicken:

Combine the first six ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the cornmeal mixture. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes, or until juices run clear. Serves 4 to 6.
