Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- light cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- grated onion - 1/2 tsp
- can mushrooms undrained - 1 oz
- flounder
How to make baked fish fillets:
In a shallow greased baking dish, arrange the fillets in one layer. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat; stir in flour, onion, salt and paprika. Add cream and mushrooms, including liquid, in pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour over fillets; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 350°.
