Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- lemon juice
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 8 oz
- sliced mushrooms - 8 oz
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- bouillon broth
- sprinkle paprika - 1 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Saute the mushrooms and the butter with lemon juice. Toss them with the cooked spaghetti and chicken. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Set aside.
