Grilled salmon
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- garlic cloves, crushed - 2 item
- salmon fillet - 2 3
- fresh dill or 2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make grilled salmon:
Combine garlic, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Rub over salmon. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes per side or bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with roasted red potatoes with parsley. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
