Baked almond chicken
Ingredients/Components
- chicken breast halves - 6 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Sprinkle with paprika, about 1/2 teaspoon
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
How to make baked almond chicken:
In shallow baking dish, place chicken, then salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with paprika, about 1/2 teaspoon. Cut up margarine and add, then water. Bake 1 hour at 350°, uncovered. Remove from oven and spread soup over chicken and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Cover and bake 15 minutes more. Bake 5 more minutes, uncovered. Serve with Green Rice.Green Rice:3 c. cooked rice1 small onion, grated1 can cream of chicken soup1 tsp. parsley flakes1/4 c. milk Mix all ingredients together and bake in casserole dish at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
