Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- bell pepper - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- stick oleo or butter - 1 item
- can pimentos - 1 item
- bunch green onions and tops - 1 item
- cans mushrooms small - 2 item
- hen well done, chopped up - 1 item
- boxes spaghetti, cooked about 5 minutes in salty water, washed well and drained - 2 item
- bunch celery and leaves, chip fine - 1 item
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Simmer the onions, celery, pimentos, mushrooms and bell pepper in chicken broth until tender, then add chicken. Make medium white sauce with milk, butter, soup and cheese.
