Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 item
  • chopped walnuts - 1/3 c
  • raisins - 1/3 c
  • honey - 2 Tbsp
  • acorn squash, halved and cleaned - 1 item
  • or 4 small apples, peeled and chopped - 3 item

How to make baked acorn squash:

Combine apples, walnuts, raisins, honey and cinnamon. Divide ingredients between squash halves. Dot with butter. Bake in a pan of water at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake another 30 minutes.
