Baked acorn squash
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1/3 c
- raisins - 1/3 c
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- acorn squash, halved and cleaned - 1 item
- or 4 small apples, peeled and chopped - 3 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Combine apples, walnuts, raisins, honey and cinnamon. Divide ingredients between squash halves. Dot with butter. Bake in a pan of water at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake another 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
