- chopped nuts - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 item
- butter - 1 item
- nutmeg - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- squash - 1 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Split the squash in half. Scoop out seeds. Place each half on aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add pat of butter, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, pinch of nutmeg and chopped nuts. Seal and bake at 400° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
