Chicken in garlic sauce
Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 1/4 lb
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- chicken breasts - 1 item
- white cooking wine - 1/2 c
How to make chicken in garlic sauce:
Cut chicken breasts into strips. Fry in oleo. Don't brown. In another pan, saute 3 cloves garlic and oleo. Put fried chicken strips in a baking pan. Pour the sauteed oil and garlic over chicken. Add 1 can chicken broth and wine over the strips. Cover with tinfoil. Bake 1 hour. Uncover for last 5 minutes of baking. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Asian, Pakistani.
