- Martha White Mexican corn bread mix - 2 pkg
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- shredded cheese more if desired - 1 c
How to make mexican corn bread:
Brown meat and onion together and drain. Mix corn with corn bread mix. Add water; pour 1/2 corn bread mix in greased 12-inch iron frypan. Layer meat and onion on top of corn bread mix, then the rest of corn bread mix. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
