  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs, separated - 2 item
  • cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • asparagus - 1 c

How to make asparagus casserole:

Brown onion in butter. Mix with asparagus liquid to add to rest of ingredients. Beat egg whites and fold in last. Dot with butter; place cracker crumbs on top (about 20 crackers). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
