Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- asparagus - 1 c
How to make asparagus casserole:
Brown onion in butter. Mix with asparagus liquid to add to rest of ingredients. Beat egg whites and fold in last. Dot with butter; place cracker crumbs on top (about 20 crackers). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Joy is like potato salad. When you share it, it is like a picnic.
