  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
  • small clove garlic - 1 item
  • can artichoke hearts - 1 item
  • scallions, cut in chunks - 2 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Process sour cream, Parmesan cheese, scallions and garlic in a blender. When fully mixed, add artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained.
