Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 2 c
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
- mini marshmallows
- thawed Cool Whip
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
- Jell-O orange flavor - 1 serving
How to make ambrosia:
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid; add cold water so liquids equal 1 cup. Stir Jell-O and boiling water until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes). Stir in the juice/cold water. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours until slightly thickened. Mix in the Cool Whip with whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Stir in oranges, pineapple and marshmallows. Refrigerate 4 hours.
