Pineapple pudding
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pineapple juice - 1/3 c
- can drained pineapple - 1 oz
- large bag mini marshmallows - 1 item
How to make pineapple pudding:
Mix the first 3 ingredients in a double boiler until thick. Cool. Cream the cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Add cooled mix. Add pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Fold in half bag of marshmallows.
