Ingredients/Components

  • flour
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • vanilla
  • oil
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 oz
  • medium bananas, diced - 2 item
  • can flaked sweetened coconut - 1 c

How to make ambrosia cake:

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add everything else and stir with a spoon to mix well. Do no beat. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan; bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
