Ambrosia cake
Ingredients/Components
- flour
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- sugar - 2 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vanilla
- oil
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 oz
- medium bananas, diced - 2 item
- can flaked sweetened coconut - 1 c
How to make ambrosia cake:
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add everything else and stir with a spoon to mix well. Do no beat. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan; bake at 350° for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
