  • celery, diced - 1 c
  • onion, minced - 5 c
  • turmeric - 2 tsp
  • pickling salt - 1 c
  • green peppers, diced - 3 item
  • sweet red peppers, diced - 2 item
  • zucchini, minced - 10 c
